Minister Andrew Stunell addresses BRE conference on Part L 2013 review

Andrew Stunell MP, Minister responsible for Building Regulations at the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG), will deliver the keynote address to a packed conference at BRE Watford today.

A European Commission funded project is producing expert guidance on using life cycle assessment (LCA) methods to assess and compare the performance of new energy efficiency measures developed under the Energy Efficient Building (EeB) Initiative.
