Sustainability

Principles of Sustainability -  Sustainability is a widely used term that is used in a myriad of ways.   At its simplest level it could be described as the idea that we should live in such a way as not to compromise the quality of life for future generations or their chance for survival.  The idea has gained widespread acceptance and now informs the way in which governments and businesses work.  Increasingly, sustainability is influencing the way we do business, how we innovate and live our lives.

Risk Assessment - An Introductory Guide  - This online course introduces the broad principles of risk assessment including close examination of what could cause harm to people and the environment as well as consideration as to what extent sufficient control measures are in place.

Electrical Safety Awareness -  This course aims to provide a general awareness of electrical safety in the workplace and home but it is not designed to give you specific training or competence to carry out electrical work.
