Based in Manchester since 2008, BRE North West & West Midlands provides consultancy and training services related to a range of important issues in the built environment, whilst promoting the full range of services offered by the BRE group of companies.
We have both a client and sector focused approach to ensure that our expertise and experience is targeted in a way which maximises the impact and benefits for our clients and partners.
Consultancy
With the support of the wider BRE Business where appropriate, BRE North West & West Midlands offers the following services:
- Lean Construction through our Construction Lean Improvement Program (CLIP) to improve the productivity and quality of construction projects.
- BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes advice to improve the environmental standard of homes and commercial buildings together with providing more accessible local training.
- Advice on innovation in construction, including the use of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
- Site Waste Management & Resources Efficiency advice to construction businesses to improve their practices and policies in line with best practice and legislation.
- Product innovation and process improvement services for offsite and product manufacturers.
Training & Professional Development
Through our partner venues in Manchester and Birmingham we have developed a series of CPD workshops designed to equip construction industry professionals with the know-how to deliver successful projects under the current and future legislative drives for sustainable development.
