The Visitor Centre - This has been converted from one of the Park's original demonstration houses built by Hanson. The Visitor Centre provides full information on all of the products at the Innovation Park, while also showcasing a range of new designs and technologies.

The Osborne House - the older sibling of the other buildings described here, it was completed in July 2006 and formally opened by the Housing Minister.
