Comments on the Health and Safety Commission’s Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) and Guidance for the control of legionella bacteria in water systems, are being invited from clients and industry.

The results of the consultation will be passed to the Health and Safety Executive for consideration within potential subsequent revisions of the document.
