Make sure you are prepared for the major changes that come into effect this April. Attend one of BRE's one-day CPD workshops explaining the implications for non-domestic buildings.

Programme :

The event will run from 09:30 - 15:45 and topics will include:

  • Summary of key changes to Part L
  • Design issues for fabric, including airtightness and solar shading
  • Design issues for services, including heating, cooling and lighting
  • Commissioning, metering and logbooks
  • Advice on new procedures, including certification and plant inspections
  • Demonstration of SBEM - the national calculation methodology software
