RdSAP 2012 v9.91 - On-line Up-Skilling and Assessment for Domestic EPC Certifiers in Scotland
Online price £100.00 per person , plus VAT.
The format of the EPC and the underlying RdSAP methodology are being revised. Members of the existing building domestic EPC scheme in Scotland are required to complete the upskilling training and assessment. Success in this activity will allow BRE Scheme members to continue producing existing domestic building EPCs after 01st October 2012.
On-line Up-Skilling and Assessment
These changes are taking place to make the EPCs more understandable to the public, resulting in a more user friendly and clearer format that shows more clearly the potential savings that can be achieved by carrying out energy saving actions. These changes have been made by the DCLG in readiness for the introduction of the Green Deal in October 2012.
As a practicing Domestic EPC Certifier you will need to obtain this training and pass the assessment that will allow you to:
- Understand and explain the changes made to the EPC and underlying RdSAP methodology
- Appreciate how the EPC and the role of the Domestic EPC Certifier fit in with wider Government policy.
Why train and be assessed with BRE?
