ACD & EPC Non Domestic Training - SBEM

Details :

BRE, as the developer of SBEM, is offering high quality training with a strong emphasis on practical hands-on learning. This will give you confidence in the use of the tool to produce evidence for compliance with Section 6 - (Energy) Scottish Building Regulations.

  • The process of carrying out the new compliance calculation
  • Collecting input data, zoning the building, using SBEM to carry out calculations and interpreting results
  • The use of case study examples to give delegates in-depth practical knowledge
  • SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model) Training key elements to using SBEM with confidence:
    • Training sessions to give you background and impart knowledge
    • Live demonstration to explain program features and show the tool in action
    • Hands-on practice so you can reinforce learning by trying it for yourself on a range of case study building designs

BRE's comprehensive ACD training is delivered in three parts.  You must register and pay for each part separately.

This event is intended for those wishing to undertake SBEM training for Non Domestic Approved Certifiers of Design (ACD) for new buildings and also Non Domestic Energy Performance Certification (EPC) for existing buildings.  EPC delegates should not book this event individually, please follow the booking information on the main EPC Scotland web site please click here
