T-Zero: Refurbishing Homes for a Low Carbon Future - This event has already finished

T-Zero is a free web-based tool that identifies optimal low-carbon solutions tailored to specific house types.  This interactive web-based tool puts energy and enviromental performance expertise in the hands of the householder, housing stock manager, designer or builder, contributing towards a future goal of a low carbon existing housing stock.  For further information about T-Zero please go to www.tzero.org.uk

A series of seminars are on offer to assist you in understanding why and how refurbishing existing homes can contribute to the national target to reduce carbon emissions, whilst saving money; and show you how to optimise use of the T-Zero web-site through a series of practical exercises.

10:40   Technology and financial considerations

11:00   Overview of a relevant case study

11:15   Break and refreshments

11:30   Overview of the T-Zero website and intro into workshop exercise

11:45   Team based, interactive workshop session

12:45   Conclusions and finish
