22 March 2017
BRE Scotland

A half day examination session for existing BREEAM Non Domestic assessors who wish to add additional standard BREEAM schemes to their qualification.

Details :

What does the examination qualify me in?

This examination will upgrade your current UK BREEAM assessor qualification to include the following building types: Retail, Offices, Industrial, Healthcare and Education, Multi-Residential and BREEAM Other Buildings. To become licensed, assessors are required to hold professional indemnity insurance. For more information please see our FAQ page.

This is for UK assessments only.

This scheme uses calculation tools which run in MS Excel with macros. Macintosh computers are unable to use this function and you will need access to a PC to complete assessments.

What is the format of the exam?

The exam consists of 30 multiple choice questions. The duration is 120 minutes.

Please be aware that this qualification no longer requires completion of a test assessment and as such the examination is much more stringent than any previous BREEAM exam you will have undertaken.  For admission to the examination you must present acceptable photo identification (ID). This may be either your passport, driving licence or EU ID card. Please note that without photo ID you will not be permitted to undertake the examination.

Delegates are strongly advised to prepare fully for this exam.

Please allow enough time between booking this examination and the examnation date to be able to complete the preparation material which will be supplied to you once you have booked.
