Scheme document
The scheme document describes the management and organisation of the e2 pilot scheme. This document should be downloaded and read by all manufacturers wishing to submit information to the online database, or to learn more about the pilot scheme. The scheme document describes the requirements and rules which govern the online database. Manufacturers wishing to submit information to the database have to agree to follow these rules before they will be allowed to do so. The scheme document will act as a testament to the management of the database. The scheme document is applicable across Europe and any changes in procedure will be implemented only after consultation with the National advisory groups.
