The Carbon Footprint Certification and Training Scheme (CFCS) has been designed for individuals who want to train to become a licensed assessor qualified to deliver Carbon Footprinting Certificates to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME's).
The CFCS Certification and Training scheme has been established by BRE Global Limited, an independent research, certification and training organisation owned and operated by the BRE Trust, a charitable entity.
The purpose of the CFCS Scheme is to assist SME's to measure, manage and reduce their carbon emissions which are expressed as the Carbon Footprint (CF) of the organisation.
The role of the CFCS Assessor (CFA) is to respond to the business enquiry for information and advice on how to calculate and reduce their CF.
Individuals who want to train as a CFA should access the web site on the following link, Assessor training.
