Technical Support

BRE offers technical support to scheme members from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.  If you phone the Technical Support Helpdesk, we can often address concerns immediately. In the event that a query comes in by email, or if further research is needed, we will aim to offer a solution to your query within 48 hours.  If an enquiry is taking longer than expected to investigate and it looks unlikely that it will be resolved within 48 hours, we will inform you of the anticipated time to resolution.  Outside of working hours, you can visit the technical support section of our members area website, which contains knowledge bases and useful articles to assist you.  Members can call 0845 2504586 or email RdSAP@bre.co.uk
