Overview of scheme

The BRE Global Accreditation Scheme for Display Energy Certificate (DEC) Assessors has been designed to provide Assessors with the high quality and integrity you would expect from BRE Global combined with competitive fees and a comprehensive membership package to help provide Assessors with all the support they need to operate and succeed in an open Market.

Technical Support

BRE offers technical support to scheme members from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.  If you email Technical Support address below, we can often address concerns immediately. In the event that a query comes in by email, or if further research is needed, we will aim to offer a solution to your query within 48 hours. If an enquiry is taking longer than expected to investigate and it looks unlikely that it will be resolved within 48 hours, we will inform you of the anticipated time to resolution.  Members can email decsupport@bre.co.uk.  Outside of working hours, you can visit the technical support section of our members area website, which contains knowledge bases and useful articles to assist you.
